As you all know, spring break is upon us this coming week, which means we have a break to go on cruises, vacation in Belize (or whatever cool tropical place you’re going to), or just stay at home and chill. In case you needed some inspiration for activities to do and what to wear for any situation, below are some outfits inspired by the fun spring break events about to take place next week!
Whether you’re out and about on some tropical island, or you’re staying right here in Indy, there are plenty of trails and parks around the Indianapolis area to get some exercise in while viewing beautiful sites in the blossoming weather.
While there are few beaches in Indiana, those of us who are lucky enough to get away for the week somewhere with a tropical climate will want to relax but also shield themselves from the sun. With a sunhat and cover-up, a good book and a bathing suit, you’re ready to relax by the water or take a dip if it gets too hot.
- Springtime in the City
While it may be spring break, it certainly isn’t summer weather yet. If you find yourself out and about in the city, you’re going to want to make sure to wear comfortable shoes for walking around. Throw on a jacket for extra warmth, or take it off if the sun comes out, and you’re all set for a day out on the town.
- Biking on the Cultural Trail
There are plenty of opportunities to ride your bike around Indy, whether through the bike share system downtown, or if you want to bring your own. You can ride through the city on the Cultural Trail, or even on the Monon. Bike sharing is pretty prevalent in most large cities and is a great way to get some exercise in while also having a beautiful ride around the city.
